Alco Target's 2x4 Hook with Hostage Paddle Sleeve is a hand-built Creusabro 8000 steel plate holder that fits standard 2"x4" lumber and includes a sleeve for mounting our Hostage Paddle swinging target alongside any plate. All-weld construction, 3/8" thick, up to 50% less wear than AR500. The most versatile hook in our lineup — pairs with round plates, silhouette plates, and the Hostage Paddle for scenario-based training. Hand built in the USA by Alco Target.

Looks to be well built and heavy duty
The hostage paddle sleeve is a nice add on. I haven't had a chance to use this yet but this hook plate holder looks to be super sturdy and heavy duty.
